Proper Airflow

Every call a Service Technician goes out on should at some level be assessed for proper airflow.  In some cases this means a simple assessment of the duct work, supplys, returns, cleanliness of the coils, and blower wheel.  Other systems may require a more sophisticated approach and an accurate measurement of the delivered CFM.  To kick off the Cooling Season, I thought it would be appropriate and possibly even appreciated to have an Airflow Worksheet that was simple and easy to follow.  Take a look at the attachment and let me know if it’s helpful.  Keep in mind, every manufacturer’s charging method assumes your system is delivering 100% of the design CFM

Here is Worksheet if need to print it or view it.
